Neither Florida St or Kansas St has very impressive wins. Kansas St most impressive win is against a team without their Starting quarterback in Sanders. Notre Dame has two top 10 wins according to you and 4 ranked wins this season which are much better wins

Notre Dame should be 18. UNC is also ranked too high they don't have any major wins. Do like Duke getting some respect though

UNC has some solid wins and they are playing great and the teams ahead of ND are there bc they have more significant wins then ND does and Tulane is really good and has played good. I could see the arguement to drop Tulane below ND but not Kansas St or Florida St
